There is no point wasting both the client’s and candidate’s time interviewing for roles that the candidate ultimately declines because they do not believe it is suitable for their current needs.  We therefore invest a lot of time and energy building long-term relationships with professionals throughout the sector in order to understand their ambitions and ensure that the opportunities we present to them are in line with their career aspirations.
